Most of us know the physical benefits of exercise and an instruction lead strength program, but the benefits go far above getting stronger or reducing injuries. It has also been proven that getting daily exercise reduces the risks of major depression, stress, and anxiety. Since the body and mind are so very closely linked, when your body feels better so does your mind. There is also overwhelming evidence confirming that physical activity improves brain function. Research shows that students perform better in the classes immediately following their strength, conditioning, and fitness classes.
Mr. Luke Amstutz teaches The Strength and Speed Program at East Noble High School. This program is designed to give students and student athletes the opportunity to consistently improve their speed, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Our program is open to all student grade 9-12 through out the school day and after school

All our staff members participate in our Professional Development days throughout the district such as technology, instructional assistants, teachers, transportation, and food service. Though each department’s day may look a little different we are all working hard for one main goal, to provide the best possible education, culture, and support for our students.
