District and School Communication with Families
East Noble School Corporation uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:
Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm
Communicate in your preferred language
Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
Direct message teachers, staff and other parents
Participate in group messages
Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
Send payments, sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device

We promise to only send you information related to school. You can opt-out at any time. See this Opt-Out Form for more information about opting-out from our communications.
ParentSquare Notifications - Mobile App
From Home, tap the Menu (triple bars) on the top-left.
Select Account.
Select Notifications.
Use the toggle to turn on or off notifications by email, text, and app.
Select Instant or Digest for each mode.
Instant: You'll receive an email and/or text and/or an app notification every time a notice or message is sent.
Digest: You'll receive an email and/or text and/or an app notification once a day in the evening with all posts from that day.
ParentSquare Notifications - Web Browser
From Home, click your name at the top-right and select My Account.
Select Notification Settings on the left.
Choose your preferred Notification Settings for General Announcements & Messages (Off, Instant, or Digest) and School Alerts (On or Off).
OFF: No notifications about posts will be sent to you. Emergency Alerts and Notices will still be sent. School Alerts will still be sent if turned on.
Instant: You'll receive an email and/or text and/or app notification every time a notice or message is sent.
Digest: You'll receive an email and/or text and/or an app notification once a day in the evening will all posts from that day.
