Make sure you order your yearbook before April 18 to guarantee one! Don't wait!!

Do you have an incoming kindergartener? Please join us April 24th from 5:30-7:00 for kindergarten round up.
Students coming into kindergarten are most successful if they have mastered 5-10 letters and sounds. As well as being able to count to at least 10. This information is coming from the Early Literacy Standards by the state of Indiana.

Reminder there is no school this week either! We will see you all next Monday, April 7.

Make sure you order your yearbook before it's too late!!

Don't forget there is no school for the next two weeks! We will see you again, April 7!

Veteran's please join us on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 9:30 am for our Veteran's Day program.

A group of students during intervention WIN time were are acting like predators and trying to eat as many butterflies as possible before they fly away. Will they eat more patterned butterflies or more solid colored butterflies?
They caught more patterned butterflies because they were easier to see!
Being camouflaged is a great adaptation to keep us safe from predators.

Yesterday South Side had the pleasure of hosting Jordi Disler, president of Parkview Noble and Lagrange as principal for the day! We had a great time showing her all the amazing things happening at South Side! She also got to be a part of Knight's Play with first grade!!

Meet our second grade teachers! Together they have a combined 23 years of teaching experience!!!
