Before students can participate in any summer activities which start on June 1st such as weights, practices, conditioning, and sports for the upcoming school year of 2022-2023, a NEW sports physical (dated after April 1st,2022) must be on file.
Date of Physicals: Tuesday, May 17th /Starting at 8:15a.m. – 3:00p.m.
Where: ENHS Athletic Training Room by Nurse Practitioners from St. Martin’s Health Clinic of Garrett
Cost: $20.00 donation is expected by St. Martin’s Health Clinic
***The deadline to reserve your spot and turn in your $20 and Physical form with Parent/Athlete parts completed, is Friday, May 13th. This service is limited to high school students only.
