East Noble High School

East Noble Science Olympiad placed 9^th out of the 30 schools that qualified for the state Science Olympiad tournament on Saturday and held at Purdue University.  There were 23 events plus 3 trial events which did not affect team scores.  Medals went to the top 5 in each of those events.  East Noble placed in the top 10 for 13 of the 23 regular competitions and also 1 of the trial events.  Rachel Hand and Addie Dills were the lone medal winners in Trajectory with a 5^th place finish.  East Noble also just missed medals in 4 events with 6^th place finishes.  The team’s goal was top 10 after finishing 11^th last season so they were really excited with the placing for East Noble.
