Ken Holden, a local veteran who flew helicopters for the Army and Parkview Samaritan visited with Mrs. David's US History classes on Tuesday, November 21st. Students were amazed to hear of his experiences and adventures in the Army, first as a heavy equipment operator, then as a helicopter pilot.
Ken also set up a display case in the hallway with artifacts of his family's history within the military, and photos from his time serving.
